CoreGrit Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Lumina AI Photo Studio mobile application. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App Store Guidelines, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

⚡ 2. Ephemeral Processing & Zero-Retention Policy

          Zero Storage Guarantee: Your photos remain exclusively yours. We never permanently save, store, sell, or share your images.
        

When you select a photo to enhance, restore, or transform using Lumina AI:

The image is transmitted securely over an encrypted HTTPS TLS 1.3 connection.
The photo is loaded into temporary volatile memory (RAM) solely for the seconds required to compute the neural AI enhancement.
Immediately upon returning the processed output to your device, the image data is permanently purged from memory.
Your photos are NEVER used to train public machine learning models.

📂 3. Device Permissions & Data Usage

Lumina requests only the minimum necessary permissions to function:

Photo Library / Storage Access: Required strictly to allow you to import images you wish to edit and save enhanced creations back to your device.
Camera Access (Optional): Required only if you choose to capture a new photo directly within the app.
Internet Access: Required to communicate with our private, GPU-accelerated cloud nodes for real-time AI generation.

We do not access location data, contacts, device identifiers, or any background telemetry.

📢 4. Advertisements & Third-Party SDKs

To provide high-end generative AI tools completely free of charge, Lumina integrates with Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads and banners.

Google AdMob may collect and process non-personal advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) according to Google's Privacy Policy.
You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

👶 5. Children's Privacy

Lumina AI is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

          Your Content Remains 100% Yours: You retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to your original photos and all AI-generated outputs.
        

CoreGrit Studio claims no ownership over your photos. You are free to share, publish, or print your enhanced photos for personal or commercial creative projects.

🚫 3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Lumina to:

Upload, edit, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or sexually explicit.
Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any person without their explicit consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's proprietary algorithms or security features.

🤖 4. AI Generations & Limitations

Lumina uses advanced generative neural networks. While we strive for realistic, high-fidelity restorations and artistic transformations:

Results are artistic approximations generated algorithmically.
Outputs are provided for entertainment, personal creative enhancement, and photography restoration purposes.

📺 5. Free Access & Rewarded Ads

Access to computational AI features is provided free of charge through viewing optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. Fair usage limits may apply during peak traffic periods to ensure server stability.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CoreGrit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app.
